Tanuki Raw
Tanuki Raw's first outlet opened in 2012. Tanuki Raw became known for its modern Japanese cuisine combined with the playfulness of American-inspired dishes. The happy hour at Tanuki Raw also became Singapore�s first and longest-running daily oyster hour and has evolved to become the best happy hour featuring sashimi and oysters in Singapore. In 2015 Tanuki Raw introduced its truffle yakiniku donburi (a beef rice bowl) which has become a crowd-favourite and voted the best beef bowl in Singapore.
